Grand Beach

I liked that it was quiet and private. I booked an ocean view room- the room was nice but the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. I called to inform the receptionist and I was kindly upgraded to a luxury suite by one of the staff named Sanjala, who was an excellent and professional host. The new room was lovely and comfortable, with a great view from the balcony of the sunset. I really liked the bathtub and spacious bathroom as well. The internet speed was fast, which was great because I was working remotely. I liked the long pool; and the easy access to the beach. The staff were friendly and hospitable; the kitchen staff even provided me with a Sri Lankan breakfast in morning upon my request.

The food was good and tasty. The people were supportive and helpful. The place was also really nice and the beach was really beautiful.

Great buffet, really spacious suites, very helpful & friendly staff, great beach with friendly cows 😂, Sanjay especially helpful.

It's a nice location with a nice pool. The hotel could become much better with a facelift and a few minor changes to the hard product.

Great hotel and the staff is excellent. I highly recommend guests to stay at Oak Ray.
